What happens if I go over the bandwidth/transfer limit?
Should you go over your transfer limit (unlikely) we will take your site offline for the rest of that period contacting you immediatly. You can choose to take you website offline, pay the over bandwidth done or change you bandwidth plan.
Which control panel do you offer?
We offer Webmin Control Panel for Hosting service. We also offer a Cyberpotion customized panel for DNS domain service.
How do I cancel my account?
You can cancel your account any time you like. Simply send an e-mail to info@cyberpotion.com. We appreciate if you include information why you are canceling your account, but it is not a requirement.
